Meg Jacoby OWNER/AGENT
As a native Montanan, Meg was born and raised in Helena and founded the agency in 2008. After earning her bachelor’s degree from Carroll College, Meg gained extensive industry experience working as a part of the Blue Cross Blue Shield and the New West teams for over eighteen years. Meg has extensive expertise in life and health insurance markets as well as her CLTC certificate in Long Term Care Planning. Meg is driven to help her clients make the right insurance decisions for them.
Outside of the office Meg loves to be outside in her yard, golfing or camping, and is always up for an adventure motorcycling or traveling. Having called Helena home for most of her life, Meg is grateful to be a part of such a special community and to have found a niche where she can make a meaningful impact.
Mark Jacoby INSURANCE AGENT
Mark was born and raised in Helena and joined the Jacoby team after returning to Montana in 2017. Earning his bachelor’s degree in agriculture from Montana State University, Mark worked and lived in Bozeman for several years until starting his own insurance business in 2011. With over 35 years of industry experience, Mark specializes in health, property and casualty insurance. Outside of the office, Mark can often be found hiking, boating, fishing, hunting, and enjoys visiting his grandchildren. After many years living both in and out of Helena, Mark still enjoys the small-town atmosphere of the Helena community.
Grace Wagoner INSURANCE AGENT
Grace has enjoyed living in the Montana mountains for 18 years and being a part of the Jacoby team since 2019. After earning her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Governor's University, Grace gained experience within medical transcription management, honing her expertise in medical knowledge and her attention to detail. Having a deep knowledge of Medicare and her Long-Term Care certification, Grace is able to assist clients in navigating a wide range of insurance options including long term care, property, and casualty insurance. Within the community, Grace is a fitness instructor at the Helena YMCA, and enjoys hiking, kayaking, and reading as well as spending time with her son. Grace feels lucky to be a part of the Jacoby team and to serve such a genuine community.
Rhonda Lindquist INSURANCE AGENT
Rhonda was born and raised in Helena and became a member of the Jacoby team in 2022. She has a bachelor’s of science degree in business administration and worked for over 27 years in the Montana government criminal justice system and 2 in non-profit children services. Rhonda also gained extensive experience within the insurance industry helping with Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield within the state department of corrections, as well as assisting with billed insurance services for Family Outreach, Inc. where she currently serves on the Board of Directors. Her love of the outdoors includes, skiing, snowmobiling, ATV rides and floating rivers.
Elkie Bryce ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
With deep family roots in Montana ranching, Elkie has called Helena home for over twenty years and has been a part of the Jacoby team since 2021. Having a diverse educational background, Elkie attended college in Hawaii, Montana and Peru and holds several degrees including an aviation maintenance degree from Helena Vo-Tech. With her broad experience and skill set, Elkie enjoys the fast pace of Annual and Open Enrollment season as well as helping each Jacoby client find the best insurance program fit for them. Within the community, Elkie is also a proud supporter of her daughter's involvement with Helena's all girl's hockey travel team and appreciates Helena's growing sense of community and culture.
Bob White ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE
Bob is a Montana native and Meg’s husband. He has been a "behind-the-scenes" partner of the team since 2010 before becoming an official member of the Jacoby team in 2020. After attending North Idaho College-Coeur d'Alene, ID, Bob honed his world-class client service skills and attention to detail in the hospitality industry in different parts of the U.S. He was also the original owner of Helena's Brewhouse Pub and Grill and owner of ProfiTech Hospitality Group, a hospitality technology company covering six western states. With over 38 years of experience in the hospitality and hospitality tech industries, Bob brings a diverse skill set and insight to the Jacoby team.
Outside of the office, Bob can be found exploring the country roads on his motorcycles or attending one of Montana's many live music concerts. Having lived in Helena since '96, Bob is grateful to be a part of the Jacoby team and to call Helena home.
Andrew Covarrubias DATABASE ANALYST
Andrew became a member of the Jacoby team in 2020 after moving to Helena from his home state of Washington. After earning his associate degree from Big Ben Community College, Andrew gained extensive experience in web development, design, and videography amongst other areas of tech and data analytics. Known as a "jack of all trades" Andrew also enjoys the performance arts including acting, singing and playing the piano. With a diverse skill set and insightful curiosity, Andrew appreciates the opportunity to help the Jacoby customer base, and to be a member of such a special a team and community.
Diana Emmons CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Diana is a native Montanan from Boulder, MT, and joined the Jacoby team in 2020. After earning her associate degree in computer technology from Helena College of Technology, Diana gained extensive industry experience working within Unemployment Insurance and Uninsured Workers Compensation Insurance during her 30 year career with the State of Montana. After retiring from the State, Diana relocated to Helena and has enjoyed applying her extensive skills and experience helping customers as a part of the Jacoby team. Outside of the office, Diana can be found sewing, gardening, spending time with her two grandsons, and her dogs.
Adam Glasscock FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR
Adam is a native Montanan from Miles City and became a member of the Jacoby team in 2022. He earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Chadron State College. Adam gained customer service experience during his time at school, while helping his family with their ranch in Miles City. Adam loves being close to the mountains and can often be found hiking, mountain biking, or playing basketball at Capital Sports Gym on the City League. A true Montanan at heart, Adam loves how beautiful the Helena area is, and enjoys being able to connect with each community member the Jacoby team serves.
Lori Rolfson SEASONAL INSURANCE AGENT
Lori is a dedicated Seasonal Insurance Agent with nearly three years of experience in the insurance industry as a part of the Jacoby team. With a strong connection to the local community of Helena, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Having grown up in Helena and completed her education in Business Administration at Montana State University, Lori combines her academic foundation with her licensing credentials to provide exceptional service to her clients. Prior to joining Jacoby, she enjoyed a successful career in retail management at JC Penney Company, bringing valuable insights and a customer-centric approach to her insurance practice. Beyond her professional commitments, Lori engages in outdoor activities such as golfing, camping, and boating, and volunteers at the Whitehall library. She finds great fulfillment in being part of the Helena community, appreciating its natural beauty and the opportunity to make a positive impact in her clients' lives.

Having grown up in Broadus, Montana, Tom brings a deep understanding of the local community and its insurance needs. With a degree in Business Management from Montana State University and over 40 years of retail management experience, including working with reputable companies like JC Penney, HomeGoods and Herberger’s. Tom possesses exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for personalized solutions. Outside of work, Tom enjoys golfing, camping, and boating, and he actively participates in the Men's Golf Club in Arizona as its President. He finds great fulfillment in being part of the close-knit community of Helena, appreciating its supportive atmosphere and abundant outdoor activities.
